4. Refund Policy
Students may request a full refund of their purchase, excluding processing fees and shipping (if applicable), within seven (7) days of the purchase date if unsatisfied with the online course material. Requests made after seven (7) days but within 14 days, with 0% coursework completed, will result in a store credit. Any other requests outside of this policy will be denied. The request must be made in writing and sent to support@blueprintlv.com. No CE credit will be earned for returned courses.
5. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site and Services may contain links to third-party websites, products, and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those third parties before providing any information to them.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to help protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Site and Services are not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18.
